These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and Health Hub Academy Ltd, trading as The Free Website Company

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an online form and payment, and signing our service agreement, you accept these terms.

3. Services

We provide smart website solutions as described at www.thefreewebsite.company

4. Payment Terms

No Setup Fees

Monthly billing applies thereafter.

After 3 missed payments, your account will be suspended.

5. Delivery Times

Website delivery depends on project size. Time frames will be agreed with the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Website content and imagery

Domain access and login credentials

Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.

7. Ownership & IP

The client owns the completed website and content after the initial one year period. Ownership and release of files/data are provided upon completion of a one-year contract term.

8. Cancellation

If you cancel your website or stop paying before completing the first 12 months, a £500 exit fee applies.

Hosting is contracted for one year. After this period, clients may cancel by requesting a cancellation form. You must give 2 months notice to cancel. No refunds are given for partial use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
